Command and Control

Glen Iris operates a fully computerized Security Command Centre (SCC) that operates 24-hours daily including Sundays and Public Holidays. The Security Command Centre serves as a nerve centre to co-ordinate the duties and activities of all security personnel deployed at our client’s site. The SCC ensures an efficient and accurate tracking of the personnel attendance to ensure proper handover of duties between shifts. The SCC also provides a link to our security personnel deployed on site which enable us to respond to any emergencies. The SCC will also notify our client instantly of any emergency or occurrence of interest.. Our customers are always assured of a definite link and reliable means of contact.

A second copy of our client’s SOPs will be placed in the SCC for use during emergencies.
