Management Supervision

Our dedicated Operations Manager and a Site Supervisor will be assigned to your site. These dedicated staff are responsible for the ongoing delivery of service and customer satisfaction. They will manage day-to-day operations and ensure effective supervision of our ground officers and immediate response to any emergencies. They will regularly meet with your management representative to discuss and implement security policies and measures.

24-Hour Partrol Officer

There is a mobile Patrol Officer on duty 24-hours daily at any time of the day. He is required to conduct spot checks on the security team at our client’s site at least once every alternate day and respond to instructions from our Security Command Centre ( SCC) should there be any emergencies. The Patrol Officer provide additional supervisory role to the security team and are responsible for the welfare of our personnel deployed on site.

Electronic Guard Tour System

Electronic Guard Tour System ( 20 points) as installed at your site, to ensure effective and management of security patrolling reports will be submitted to our client.

Communication Network

Our security personnel are equipped with walkie-talkie sets, which can be used for in-house communication. All management staff also carry mobile phones and island wide walkie talkie and can be contacted round the clock.

Fire Evacuation Exercise

As we are certified and trained, we are able to assist in conducting your annual Fire Emergency Evacuation Exercise. All our security personnel, who are trained in fire fighting at Civil Defence Academy, also knowledgeable in handling the fire alarm system and the evacutation procedures of building.

Insurance

We are insured against Public Liability (S$ 1,000,000.00) and Workman Compensation for all our staff.

Client Management Programme

A Client Management Programme ensures that any changes to security needs at our clients site and constantly updated and maintained. Regular meetings will be initiated by Glen Iris Services Management to review the services provided by the company and to advice on any improvements whenever the need arises.
