Glen Iris Services provides trained Security Officers to commercial, industrial and residential premises to safeguard life, property and the assets of its customers. In order to provide a high level of service to our clients, we share the same commitment to our most important asset – our human resources.  Our security personnel undergo a rigorous selection process where only the best is selected.  We recruit quality personnel with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work as a team, physically and medically fit, possess a high level of integrity and able  to speak and write English effectively.

Our compensation and benefits package is competitive in order to attract and retain good staff which include competitive salary, full CPF contribution, progressive annual leave scheme, paid medical leave, annual wage supplement, annual increments and weekly off day. We comply fully with the Private Investigation and Security Agencies Act, Employment Act and the Central Provident Fund Act.

All Glen Iris Services personnel are screened by Security Industry Regulatory Department of the Singapore Police Force. The screening involves a criminal record check that includes drug abuse which is prohibited by law. Reference checks are also conducted for personnel applying to work with us.
